Handed over clean, with no deduction from your deposit
After a clearance, a move or a conversion, Fener Service gets the rooms into handover-ready condition. We thoroughly clean floors, bathrooms, the kitchen including appliances, windows, blinds and cupboards, following the property management checklist.
On request we attend the flat inspection with you. If the management flags something that falls within the agreed scope, we come back and put it right at no charge. That is our handover guarantee.
What is included
- Move-out cleaning
Complete cleaning of the empty flat after you move out. - Post-renovation cleaning
Fine cleaning after demolition, dismantling or renovation, including fine construction dust. - Kitchen and appliances
Oven, fridge, extractor hood and taps descaled and degreased. - Windows and blinds
Glass, frames, window sills and slatted blinds. - Handover guarantee
If anything is flagged at the inspection, we put it right at no charge. - Inspection support
On request we are there for the flat handover.
How it works
Site visit and quote
On site or from photos we assess the effort and prepare an individual quote.
Execution
On the agreed date we carry out the work properly, including separation and disposal.
Broom clean handover
We hand back the property clean and tidy, ready for the next use.
