For private individuals and companies
One clearance less for you to worry about
Whether a single flat, a whole house, a cellar or a shop unit. Fener Service takes over the entire clearance. We go through the property, separate what is to be disposed of, reused or kept, and clear it reliably within the agreed time frame.
At the end we hand back the property broom clean, ready for handover, letting or sale. If there are usable or valuable items, we assess them on site and buy them directly if you wish.
