What data we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the details you enter. Name, phone, optionally email as well as the type and description of your enquiry. This data is stored on our server in Switzerland and used solely to process your enquiry.
Form submission
The details from the form are handled on our server. We also receive a notification by email, for which Google (Gmail) is used as the email service. Beyond this the data is not passed on to third parties. You can request deletion of this data at any time.
WhatsApp and phone
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the privacy terms of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) also apply. For communication by phone or WhatsApp your number and the message content are used to handle your request.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets only one technically necessary cookie that stores your chosen language. For anonymous audience measurement, each page view is recorded with the date, the page requested and, if present, the referring domain. No cookies are used for this and no IP addresses are stored; returning visitors are only estimated via a daily-rotating value that cannot be reversed. The figures for Fanar Ali's two websites (Fener Service and Fener Juwelier) are evaluated together and without any personal reference. There is no cross-site tracking and no sharing with third parties.
Which cookies we use
On your first visit a consent banner appears with a reject and an accept option and no pre-selection. Until you consent, only the following technically necessary storage entries are used.

No statistics cookies are currently set. Audience measurement is anonymous and server-side without cookies. If statistics or map services are added in future, they will load only after your consent.
Server log files
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically stores data in server log files, for example a shortened IP address, date, time and page accessed. This data serves technical security and is deleted after a short time. The website is delivered via the Cloudflare network (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) for protection against attacks; connection data is processed in the course of this.
